When paying for the Parking via the Parking meter, please note that the Parking meter screen is not touch-sensitive: all commands are executed using the keyboard.
It is impossible to extend or early stop the Parking time paid via the Parking meter. These functions are provided only in case of payment for Parking by sending the SMS to the number 2888, via the mobile application "Parking in Astana" or via the personal account on the website www.Astanapark.kz
IMPORTANT: In case of difficulties in using the Parking meter, please immediately contact the contact center by phone 8-800-080-28-88.
The Parking meter accepts the prepayment only. The payment shall be made within the first 30 minutes of the Parking session.
How to pay for a parking lot with coins using a parking meter:
Step 1. Press the “√” button on the keyboard to wake-up the parking meter.
Step 2. Press the 1 button to proceed with payment.
Step 3. Press the “Flags” button to select a language, then press the “√” button.
Step 4. Enter the zone number of the parked vehicle (4 digits), and then press the “√” button.
Step 5. Enter the vehicle registration number (e.g. 111ААА01), then press the “√” button.
Step 6. Throw the COINS into the receiver until needed parking time is reached.
Step 7. Take a receipt that indicates the number of the parking zone, the amount paid, and the beginning and end of the parking time paid.
