How to pay for parking using the Astana Parking mobile application:
Step 1: Download our new mobile application:
Step 2: Register in the mobile application by filling in all the fields in the registration form (e-mail, password, repeat password, phone, first name, last name, gender).
A confirmation code will be sent to the e-mail and phone number you provided in the registration form.
Step 3: Confirm your registration first via e-mail, then via phone number.
Step 4: Log in to the mobile application using your e-mail and password.
Step 5: Top up your parking account by selecting the amount and payment method in the corresponding section, either by bank card or by debiting funds from your mobile phone account (for Kcell, Activ, Beeline subscribers).
Step 6: Select the parking zone (parking lot) on the map where your vehicle is located.
Step 7: Press "Pay for Parking".
The parking zone number will be indicated in the payment form by default.
Enter your vehicle's license plate number and the duration of its stay in the paid parking zone.
When paying for parking, you must specify the number of hours the vehicle will be parked.
Step 8: Check the correctness of the payment parameters. Confirm the parking payment.
ATTENTION! When paying for parking, please be aware that providing an INCORRECT license plate number, parking zone number, or INCORRECT payment according to the approved tariff constitutes a violation of the paid parking rules, which may result in an administrative fine of 1 MCI.
How to extend parking time paid via the Astana Parking mobile application:
Users of the paid parking zone can extend their parking only if the paid parking period has not expired. After the paid time expires, the driver must leave the parking space within 10 minutes or pay for parking again using any convenient method to avoid a fine.
Step 1: In the "Current Parkings" section, select the "Extend" command.
Step 2: Specify the number of hours you need to extend the parking for.
How to stop parking time early when paid via the Astana Parking mobile application:
Step 1: In the "Current Parkings" section, select the "Stop" command.
IMPORTANT: When stopping parking early, the used time is rounded up to the nearest hour. If there is an unused amount, the remaining balance, equal to the cost of at least 1 hour of parking, is refunded to the client's virtual parking account.
