ONLINE submission of the application for registration privileges

To apply for the registration of privileges, you shall:

Step 1. Register on the site astanapark.kz, in the profile of the Personal Account, add data about the vehicle - number, series, region;

Step 2. Download the application (sample) from the site, fill it in and sign (pen with a blue ink);

Step 3. Scan the following documents:

completed and signed application on a form;

the identification document;

the document confirming that you belong to one of the categories of persons belonging to a special group of the population;

the certificate of state registration of the vehicle (technical passport);

Step 4. Applying on the site

* Requirements for scanned files: the original documents should be scanned in color mode with a resolution of at least 150 DPI and no more than 300 DPI. The file size should be no more than 2 MB.

Note:

1. Within 10 working days, the authenticity and relevance of the information provided will be verified. If the decision is positive, the assigned benefit will be displayed in the profile of your personal account. In case of refusal, a letter will be sent to the email address indicated in the application.

2. The privilege applies only to the territory of communal paid Parking lots, determined by the decree of the mayor's office of Astana.
